Optical Illusions- Are we having a flash back?

Look closely.
This is not an animation.
Your brain is doing the moving.
"It's moving but is not moving man!"
Trippy.

Optical illusions- Who is this guy and why does he have such staing power?

Make this image big, (ie. click on it). Focus on the the four little black dots in the center for 30-40 seconds. Look at a flat colour wall for a few seconds. Blink your eyes a couple of time.
I have no idea how or why this works. This guy must be magical!

Optical illusions- These lines are straight.

It looks like they are slanting up and down, but they really aren't. The placement of the squares makes them appear so.

Optical illusions- making circles move.

Focus on the dot in the middle, then move you head towards the screen and away from the screen and the circles will move.
Eerie.

Optical Illusion- Too many legs?

Elephants don't really have five legs. At least none of the elephants I know.

Optical illusion Black dots?

It's really strange what you brain does all by itself. For example, there are no black dots. If you try to focus on them you will see they are not really there.

Stupid ball

It's a ball on a "string"
CLICK ON THE BALL
( if you can ) AND IT CHANGES COLOR.
But that is all that will happen.

Try this:
it will probably hurt your brain.
(a test for second graders).

I received this photo in an email. The subject was:

Fw: The rise

of Satellite tv

I think this might be a fake photo.
I really really hope this is a fake photo.....

Some things that hurt the brain

1. Not sleeping enough.
2. Not eating enough.
3. Not wearing a hat in prolonged direct sunlight.
4. Not drinking enough water.
5. Spending too much time in front of a screen (computer or TV).
6. Blunt force trauma.
7. Keeping your hair in a very tight pony tail all day long.
8. Wear prescription glasses (that are not your prescription) .
9. Excessive amount of alcohol (this takes time to have an effect.)
10. Falling and banging your head on the ground due to consuming an excessive amounts of alcohol (not water) on an empty stomach, in direct sunlight, while not wear a hat, after staying up all night in front of a screen, while wearing your hair in an extremely tight pony tail and someone else prescription glasses.
